After warming you up and mobilising the key muscles for the day we coach you through movements such as the barbell squat, deadlift, push press, pull ups, dumbbell snatch and many more. It is these strengthening movements combined with high intensity cardio and metabolic conditioning that create the 'toned' look you desire. we then move onto your Workout Of the Day (WOD). Expect “EMOMs” and “AMRAPs” as standard and be prepared to dig deep and push hard. Combining effective high intensity training and strength work in an encouraging and motivating environment to create a leaner, stronger and fitter you!
